Alja Polner works as an implementation specialist for Better Meds. She is fascinated by the digitalization of healthcare processes and she particularly enjoys the research of new implementation approaches. While successfully reaching the goal of the implementation project is thrilling, her favourite part of implementing each system are the new challenges, as they define each project and make it unique.
